Made-to-order work, even one piece

A part or a mold to your print, CAD file or sample, in a considered quantity that can start at one piece.

Made-to-order work, even one piece

We are not a fixed production line. The strength is mixed work: a complex part, a mold, or a spare-part batch for one line. We accept a single piece.

Fixtures and tools are adapted to the job. When needed we pass through design or reverse engineering before the cut.

The process is recorded so the same specification can be remade. Delivery follows a check of critical dimensions.

What this service includes

01

Mixed work

A different shape on each order — not cheap high-volume fill.

02

One piece

No minimum quantity that hides what the shop can actually do.

03

A clear path

Read, machine up to 4 axes or wire-cut, then inspect.

04

Reorder

The same file and path when the part is needed again.

From a print or sample to delivery

  1. 01 Read the requirement

We take the drawing or sample, lock the alloy, tolerance and inspection points before any cut.

  2. 02 Set the process path

Workholding, tooling and operation order are chosen to protect accuracy and keep cycle time honest.

  3. 03 Inspect and deliver

Critical dimensions and finish are checked, then the mold or part ships ready to install.

Dimensional inspection before delivery

  • Print match

We read the print against the part and confirm cavities are clean before pack-out.

  • Critical size

Calibrated tools check the critical dimensions and broken edges.

  • Order record

When a report is requested, measurements travel with the order number.
